Bourke & Travers 2022 Shiraz Mourvèdre was made in the traditional, low intervention style that David Travers and winemaker, Michael J. Corbett prefer. We hand-picked two parcels of fruit on 25 March. They were crushed and destemmed and then co-fermented together spending 12 days on skins before being basket pressed into a single 600L old French demi-muid barrel. This wine was aged for 10 months.
